Urgent call at Christmas..
The team dropped everything in the run up to Christmas to rescue a newly opening Hotel with a shockingly poor install from another company that had completely failed. 16x wIfi access points configured and secured, Tills, CCard machines, Network, Cabling all sorted in record time ready to welcome guests for their Christmas celebrations.. Phew!.
Network repair
Urgent install.. After a break in and the theft of data cabinet and all IT equipment, this is the mess we found. 96 network cables had to be traced, repaired, and new data cabinet and switches installed over the weekend. Job completed ready for staff arriving Monday morning. Newark Notts.
Web Design/email migration
Local company called us.. Their hosting companys' server and their website had been hacked for the second time in two years.. Malicious code was now redirecting their clients to malware infected servers. We got on to it straight away. A new website was designed and the site was moved to more secure hosting with all email accounts successfully migrated.
